Shipping policy

Orders normally ship within 5 business days or less of receipt. Zeno’s maintains the right to ship as soon as possible due to order fulfillment, etc. Delays in shipping may be possible if a product ordered is out of stock, and the customer will be notified of any delays via the email provided at checkout. Zeno’s usually ships using USPS priority mail or USPS Ground Advantage (approximately 2-5 business days transit time).

Free shipping on orders over $35 only in the US. International shipping rates apply on all orders outside of the US.

Shipping rates are subject to change based on location and/or applied promotions.

Shipping times are also subject to change during holidays and times of high shipping volume.
