Where can I find all of the flavors of your Saltwater Taffy?

We have over 100 saltwater taffy flavors! Here is where you can find them ALL.

What is the price of shipping and how long will take for me to receive my order?

Shipping is $7.00 USD. Orders are usually processed in 3 business days or less. We ship all of our packages via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage which is 2-5 business day shipping time….. International orders will take longer.

Do you ship your homemade chocolates?

Unfortunately, no. Chocolates do not ship very well due to weather & heat. However, we do ship a variety of our sweet treats other than our taffy such as our homemade brittles, fudge, caramel corn & seafoam.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship EVERYWHERE! But take note, shipping costs & arrival time could vary for international orders.

Is your taffy Gluten Free?

There are no gluten ingredients put directly into the taffy. However, it can come into contact as we are a facility that manufactures products containing gluten. That being said, cross contamination is possible.

Will the taffy melt during the shipping process?

Seasonal temperature conditions during shipment can affect the state of the taffy. In cold weather, the taffy may become more hard than expected,and in warmer weather, the taffy may be much softer than expected. Before enjoying the taffy, we suggest storing it at a comfortable room temperature (70-75 degrees) with low humidity for at least 24-36 hours for it to return to its normal state.

How long does taffy & fudge last?

Our fudge can last up to two weeks as long as it is stored properly at room temperature in an air tight container. We do not recommend placing fudge in the refrigerator as it can lead to drying out of the product. As long as the taffy is stored in a comfortable room temperature with low humidity the World’s Most Famous Taffy can last up to 6 months!

I ordered three individual pounds but forgot to choose my 4th pound free, how can this be corrected?

If you forgot to choose flavors for your FREE pound of taffy, we will place a one pound bag of our classic mix taffy along with your order.

What flavors make up the classic mix?

What are the steps to order buy 3lbs get 1lb free ?

Head here to place your order: Go to Pick Your Mix Taffy. There is a drop down menu which allows you to select 1 pound, buy 3 pounds +1 Free or buy 6 pounds, + 2 Free.

The website isn't working for me, how can I order Zeno's saltwater taffy?

Try to refresh the page or switch browsers. After a few minutes if that doesn’t help, you can always call our factory location in South Daytona and place your order over the phone.

Can I track my order?

Of course! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number so you can go online and track it. If you cannot find your tracking number, please call our factory location at 888.751.3251 or email

How is the taffy shipped?

Taffy is shipped in our logoed Zeno’s bags just as if you picked it up in store yourself! Due to high volume of orders and the handpicking of each flavor mix, we group bulk orders by 2 lbs bags. For example, if you order “Buy 3lbs, Get 1lb Free” you will received 2-2lb bags, “Buy 6lbs, Get 2lbs Free” you will receive 4 2lb bags…etc. We also ship 4lbs of a single flavor in a bulk 4lb bag.

Does your Try-Em-All-Box really contain every flavor?

We guarantee a minimum of 90 different flavors in every box but we do a very good job of getting as close to all 101 each time.  The only time its not every flavor is if we just happen to be out of a particular flavor when pulling your order.

What if I have a question or concern about my order after it is delivered?

We double check every order before shipping, but if you find you have a question or issue with your order, you MUST contact us with 24 hours of delivery. Please make sure to provide a copy of your packing slip included with your order and send all inquiries to Also, be prepared to submit pictures of the order in its entirety, including the shipping box. If you do not contact us within the 24-hour period or provide us with the requested information, we cannot help you and the order is considered accepted as is.
